Our rental rates are as follows:

  • Peak: May 17 - Sept 13th: $1450/week, $275/night

  • March 31st - May 16, Sept 14 - Nov 1st: $1200/week, $200/night

  • Otherwise: $1000/wk, $200/night 

  • Weekly rentals are Sunday-Sunday (unless otherwise requested) and nightly rentals assume a 3-night minimum.

  • Cleaning and Linen is extra and costs $170.

  • We don't rent to more than 10 people, including children.

  • Disclaimers: We do not rent to teens or students.  No pets and no smoking please.
